Order No. R********* I placed an order for ** pair Pointe Shoe Cabinet and after * weeks of waiting, I was given ** pair Shoe Cabinet. I had booked the order at the Urban Ladder, Mall of India, Noida store by paying an advance of Rs *** whereas on product delivery I had to pay the full amount of Rs **,***.
Now, It has been *+ weeks the reverse pickup hasn't been initiated nor my refund proceeded. I don't know what to do.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
