Urban Ladder - Item not delivered and cancelled after 40 days Refund provided

I am writing to you regarding the refund of your item the (Amaze Eco Mattress with HD -High Density Foam - Single Size **x**x*)
Please note the MRP of the product you ordered is Rs. *,***. This is the standard price for this item before any discounts or promotions are applied.
I have used a coupon code provided by urban interiors from the company where i have done the interiors for my flat.
Since the order was cancelled Urban Ladder has refunded only ****/- after ** days of placing order. There are not giving the coupon amount applied on the order. It is a loss for me, i was not able to use the bed since the mattress was not available.
Please look into the issue
