Urban Company Ltd - Urban company unethical business practices and unprofessional cleaning team

I have availed urban company deep cleaning services for **** rs. There professional did turn up on ** may ****, but alot gaps in the services and I have to behind them to do all the work. Later they tricked me to pay through gpay which I did, I wasn't aware of the app much so I got confused and paid in cash. Later I checked all the cleaning done and I felt alot of gaps and areas are not properly cleaned. I texted the person whom I was in touch from morning. He said a team will visit tomorrow and I hoping that they come which they didn't. So I raised * star rating for the service and claimed UC warranty. Later on this guy called on mobile and started to talk in abusive way for the rating I provided and threatened me in the call like a goon. I disconnected and started to reach out to UC support, and asked them to send a different professional. They never denied but never send anyone. I have been following up with them in an email and chat. I get call from UC and when inanswer speak to them no response from them and call gets disconnected in * secs. This happened multiple times. Shitty strategy from UC.
