Urban Company Ltd - My working split AC has been damaged burned by Urban Company Technician

I have requested for my split AC servicing from urban company on **th March. They have send the incompetent technician and he burned my functional AC. Later when I have raised and asked for repair then are saying this can't be repaired and you have to buy new AC
