There was a display problem with my TV. On first visit the technician diagnosed that the backlight strips are not working and needs to be replaced. So he replaced those strips after * days which was a very long wait and I was charged Rs. ****/- for it. But next day again same problem occurred so I scheduled a revisit. Same technician again arrived and said that the strips replaced a day ago are not proper and again needs to be replaced with *K backlight strips which will cost Rs. **/- extra per strip and total will be Rs. ***/-
We agreed for the same & * days later he replaced the old strips with *K strips and charged Rs. ***/- per strip that is Rs. ***/- in total. He falsely charged wrong and high price. Next day again same problem occurred so I again scheduled a revisit with another technician. After arriving here he started asking for payment saying that Urban Clap doesn't reimburse the money to technicians. I already paid the entire amount but still he was asking me to do the Payment. On refusing the payment he left the job undone. After negotiating with the company the professional took away the TV along with him for repair but now he's not giving back the TV nor I'm getting any refund from the Company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
