Urban company Hyderabad - Urban Company Harrassment

On **th October egent came for repairing washing machine, he told that mother board has the problem need to change it and took the panel with him promising to be fixed by **nd October and added the charges for taht. **nd October he called and asked her needs another **** extra to fix the panel. I asked him he does not need to repair anything and return the panel as it is I will get it repaired by samsung. From that day onwards they did not return the panel and everyday they are saying tomorrow. Moreover over the call they said we will compensate with full amount if it is not returned by **th October. But I do not see any of the resolutions. I want the panel to be fixed free of cost or compensate with the same amount. I will get it done from Samsung. This is utter harrasment.
