Urban company Hyderabad - Cleaning not done properly

Recently I booked a full home cleaning in urban company in Hyderabad the process slot was on may *st Evng * pm . I paid some of the amount in advance , but the team came late at **:** pm and they started the cleaning process by chit chatting with each other watching reels etc ..the process of total cleaning was about * hours but they completed the work in * hrs after cleaning I went to see then there is so messy they havent cleaned properly any thing the balcony was totally messed, bathroom not even cleaned properly even the floor was not scrubbed.. immediately I recorded every thing captured photos and sent to the help line in the app they said pay now we will resolve later then I paid the amount it was ****/-..the workers left ..after that the customer care gave there option they said we will re arrange the cleaning process but after * days ..I said the flat was unfurnished when they are cleaning but I have to move in on *Rd so arrange a revisit before but they denied ..I asked for a refund they said we will arrange ** percent then said ** and then **
But I said why I have to loose the total money what is the use of paying free to someone I asked a revisit but they are dening
