From Urban Company on Feb **th I have booked servicing from for * Split Ac's out of which The SME from Urban company have broken the Blower and kept those broken item's in his pocket and told us nothing happened and he left the site and we have started noticing noise/ Vibration from one of the AC and the stopped working later on. Couple of SME's visited from Urban company and told us that the blower was broken due to which it is making noise and it is vibrating entire unit. Same has been conveyed by SME to senior customer representative. After sometime the SME told us that he will be replacing the blower but he didn't come back yet. So later on I have raised this issue with customer support and initially they said SME will visit us on Mar *th but after **mins called us and said we will refund the amount. Which is not expected because the working blower was broken by their SME and now they just want to get rid of with just a refund. I didn't expect such waste service from Urban Company.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
