Hathaway Broadband - Unwanted Account Renewal Calls

I have put several requests to deactivate my Hathway Broadband Account. They always say that I will get a sms shortly with my request number but that never happens.
Also I am getting harrased by their team calling me minimum ** times a day, asking to renew my account. I am ready to return the router as well but nobody calls me back regarding that.
I want my account to be deactivated and stop the unwanted account renewal calls.
