Blinkit Blink Commerce Pvt Ltd - Unsealed Juicer Delivered by Blinkit and Return Request Denied Despite Immediate Complaint

I placed an order on Blinkit (Order ID: ORD*********) on *th May **** for an Agaro Regency Electric ***W Citrus Juicer. Upon receiving the delivery, I discovered that the product was delivered unsealed, which raised serious concerns regarding hygiene, safety, and potential prior use.

I contacted Blinkit's customer care via chat within ** minutes and then escalated to a manager via phone. I informed them that the product was not sealed and appeared previously handled. Despite raising the concern immediately and before using the product, Blinkit denied the return, citing their internal "no return policy."

Such policies cannot override consumer protection laws. As per the Consumer Protection Act, ****, sellers must deliver goods that are in safe, sealed, and acceptable condition. In cases where a product is unsealed or unfit for use, a return request must be honored — especially when made instantly.

The company provided only template replies, did not address the issue substantively, and ignored the hygiene risks involved. I am now forced to escalate the matter and seek a resolution through the consumer forum.
