I ordered *GM gold coin from Blinkit. By mistake I had selected a wrong delivery address. On chating with the Blinkit team they suggested that I cancel this order and book a new one, and that I would get my refund. I did so by paying an amount of **,***/- once again.
I have paid the same amount twice, once for my cancelled order and the second time for my new order. I have received * order but the refund for my cancelled order still remains unpaid.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
