I am facing continuous harassment fromBlinkit Blink Commerce Pvt Ltd . For an order placed in ** January **** (UPI RRN: ************), Blinkit completely failed to provide a legal tax invoice for OVER ** DAYD delaying my manufacturer warranty registration.

When escalated via National Consumer Helpline (Docket: *******), their support team made multiple errors, repeatedly sending me incorrect invoices from my past order history instead of the correct one. Additionally, their grievance desk refused to provide an internal ticket tracking number when requested on March *, ****.

While they finally emailed the correct invoice after immense follow-up, they are flatly denying the ₹*,*** compensation for the severe service deficiency, accounting errors, and ** days of documented mental agony. I am using Voxya to escalate this to their senior management and corporate legal team before taking further legal or tax audit measures.
