LG 1 5 Ton 5 Star Dual Inverter AC - Unsatisfy by the service of installation team

I purchased a LG ac (RS-Q**CNZE) from relaince digital on **th April **** and they delivered it by **th April.
I informed this to Lg installation team in morning on **th April and in return they told that ac will be installed in the evening.
I called them in evening and they told that our member is already out for installation and now their mobiles are switch off and one of them told that he can not come by this time. I am so much disappointed over such an unprofessional behaviour of the installation staff.
