I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent servicing experiences I've had at your Hyundai workshop. On both occasions, March **rd and March **th, ****, I entrusted my vehicle to your team for maintenance. Unfortunately, the level of service provided fell far short of my expectations. Not only was the quality of workmanship unsatisfactory, but the attitude displayed by your staff was also highly casual and irresponsible. To compound matters, my chrome has gone missing, and despite assurances, it has yet to be located. Additionally, my Autohold socket was broken during the servicing process, and the explanations provided for this incident have been unsatisfactory and lack accountability.
I have attached images showcasing the substandard washing service and a video highlighting the damage to the Autohold socket for your reference. Given the inconvenience and frustration caused by these issues,
I kindly request compensation for the loss of my chrome, as well as the repair or replacement of the broken Autohold socket. Moreover, I urge you to address the systemic shortcomings in your workshop's operations to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. I trust that you will take swift and appropriate action to rectify these matters and restore confidence in your workshop's services.
