I have sent my Car for Comprehensive service for the first time to gomechanic. On inspection they told us that Brakes & Suspension needs repairing and gave us estimate which we approved immediately. They committed for delivery within * days but it took * days to return. On *th day they called me told that ABS of front is damaged and asked to pay further payment which also we agreed but they returned the car after * days citing reason as parts not available. After receiving my car it was found that display is showing ABS which was not there when car was taken. It was clear that ABS got damaged during repairing at their end. Further my bumper got damaged and even after my several calls and request they didnot bother to repair till date.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
