I purchased an ILIFE T**s robotic vacuum cleaner on *th Oct ****for Rs. ***** via Pepperfry under Invoice Number******* The product has a persistent, severe performance failure. Specifically, the machine continuously suffers from [mention exact issue, e.g., Hair cutting, frequent Mopping function not working.The Grievance:Despite multiple service requests and repair attempts (Complaint IDs: ILIFE*****, ILIFE*****, ILIFE*****, ILIFE*****, the company has failed to resolve the issue permanently. The product has broken down repeatedly, establishing that it suffers from an inherent manufacturing defect (a "Lemon" product) and is completely unfit for its intended use.
