Ilife India Ltd - Bad Support

I purchased an iLife A** Pro robot vacuum from iLife India about * year back from [Amazon/Flipkart/other]. Within a short period, it developed a malfunction and I raised a service request.
The technician took the robot for repair, but since then there has been no proper update, no repair, and no return of my device, even though I clearly asked for the robot to be returned as it is.
They are now asking me to pay for parts that are unrelated to the actual issue and are not giving any clear explanation. My own robot has been held with them for over a year and I cannot get it back.
I have contacted their customer care multiple times via [phone / WhatsApp / email] and none of the promises have been kept. This is extremely poor and unethical service by iLife India towards Indian customers.
I request iLife India to:
Immediately return my iLife A** Pro robot as it is
Clearly explain why they are charging for unrelated parts
Honor their warranty and service commitment
