Makemy Trip - Unsafe Unhygienic rooms in Kerala houseboat

Make my trip Issue Ref# *****************.
We were given unclean and unsafe rooms(nails popping out on the floor) in the house boat on March **, ****. Shared pictures with the tour manager, customer service representative and vendor. Tried to resolve the issue from *:**pm till *pm by talking to multiple people but with no avail. The vendor asked us to make a decision if we will stay or leave in the evening, and because of the unsanitary conditions we had to leave in a middle of nowhere at night with no transportation in the proximity. I stood outside with my family in the dark talking to customer service that wouldn’t let me talk to manager or book another room in a hotel for us. When we asked to talk with the manager on duty, I was told I will have to wait ** hours repeatedly and I have still not heard from anyone (it's been almost a week now).
My * year old and husband ended up getting sick from the food provided in the houseboat.
I am sharing this horrible, unprofessional and very serious safety issue with everyone.
