I had registered a complaint on *th May **** with Dish TV regarding a technical issue that caused my TV connection/signal to intermittently blink. The signal was cut off for *-* seconds once every ** seconds. Whatever I was trying to watch was not meaningful as the issue was too frequent. I was promised that a technician would visit within ** hours. I waited for a week then. I called customer care *-* times since then. I was promised a callback from some escalation team but never received a callback not even once. So I was left with only one choice. I called and stayed on hold for several minutes (twice stayed on hold for one hour) just to get to talk to someone every time. Several times, I have been promised a technician visit within ** hours of whenever I spoke. As I am registering this grievance it is midnight **th May and the issue is still not resolved. Their website says that any issue will be resolved in ** hours (max of ** hrs in some non-technical cases). It has been ***+ hours since I registered the complaint with them.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
