I raised the complain-mentioned ticket(********B******) on last Friday, and unfortunately, despite the passage of six days, the network issue at my residence remains unresolved. I have not received any visit or communication from hathway team, and this prolonged delay is causing significant frustration I understand that technical issues may take time to resolve, but the lack of communication and the extended downtime are affecting my daily life and work. I have been a loyal Hathway customer, and this experience is disappointing. I kindly request you to prioritize the resolution of this matter and provide an update at the earliest convenience
