Hathway boardband Chennai - No service provided

This is one of my worst experience with Hathway.

On Nov **, **** - I raised a request to make a shifting change within my premises.

But Next day I got a call from a guy, who was standing in my old address from where I have already shifted * years back and I am using your broadband services. He said he will escalate to concern team yet to hear back.

Again after * days, I called customer service to address my concern. They said it will be escalated with the right address. Still didnt here from anyone.

Again I raised another request to do a shifting premises.

YEsterday I got a message to my mobile with OTP and next message stating my case has been closed.

I dont when did you came to my home and shifted. I didnt see you. Is there some invisible people working for you.

How can you close a case without an OTP from my end?
How can you close without an issue got resolved?

So, today I called the customer service again. She is asking me to raise another complaint. Why I need to raise ? When the previous one is not addressed properly or promptly?

If you are not willing to give service let me know, I can move to airtel or ACT. They are easy accessible.

LAst but not least, each time when I call I am not getting a person from regional language to support. I am fine with English, but how come for the past * call you are busy? Is there no technicians to adddress my shifting request? Whats wrong with you?

I need an escalation point or solution for this issue?
