On February **, ****, a Hathway representative contacted me after my plan had expired, offering a promotional *-month broadband package for the price of * months. Based on this assurance, I recharged immediately.
However, the invoice I received only reflected a *-month validity. When I queried this, the representative claimed her system showed * months and assured me it was correct. Now, Hathway is notifying me that my plan expires this month (after only * months). It appears the company is using deceptive sales tactics and false promises just to secure instant recharges.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
