I have purchased LG Refrigerator fro Dubai in ****. In July it stopped functioning. Complaint to LG and they sent their technician and said board on top of the refrigerator is faulty and will get the item first they said in couple of days It will be fixed. It took over ** days and several calls fornthe item to come.
When the technician brought the part he simply checked and said board is fin and started the refrigerator and it worked. Unfortunately at this time heater plate got faulty and ice started accumulating then they.took the red to their work shop and brought back saying all well. But the problem started again forming the ice and no cooling in the lower part. Again they took and.brought back saying there was gas.leak and it should be fine. But the problem of ice forming and not cooling lower part continued. Several calls made and several wapp messages.
Basically no one calls back. Its us calling. And they give vague answers.
No one calls back. Their messages say someone senior will.call and hardly this happens. It's a made IN INDIA fridge. Why cant they replace heated plate.
When uncalled mast Friday the manager says you have to discard it...!
How can you throw a nice fridge where on one small part is not working...?
It is like car service company discard your car just because clutch plate is not good.
I hope you will take this matter seriously and compensate us a reasonable amount.
