I am writing to escalate a serious issue regarding my LG AMC service in India, which has been pending for the last * months despite multiple complaints.
I have already paid for the AMC, but the LG India service team has failed to provide the promised service and is not responding properly.
This has caused significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to approach the Consumer Helpline and Consumer Court for deficiency of service.
I request urgent intervention from LG Korea HQ and a resolution within ** hours.
