Hi, I booked my ticket on ** June **** from Del - Bom which somehow by mistake took the round trip and I had to cancelled the return ticket from Bom - DEl at the same moment only. I booked through Paytm and was unaware of the cancellation charges as it wasn't clear anywhere in the app. Now after the **th day of cancellation after my enquiry from Indigo customer care, I got to know that I am getting only *** rs. as my refund and charged INR **** as cancellation charges. As per the policy its ****/passsenger before * hrs of departure. Can anyone let me know what is this policy that on the refundable flight I am charged such huge amount and too cancelling within few minutes? I want a reasonable amount of refund.
