Sharad Jain filed complaint against Gomechanic on Oct 18, 2021
Primarily the services for which the booking was done for complete AC Overhaul and General Service, when the Car was picked up and taken to the garage, post inspection I was informed about a couple of more work to be done.
I had agreed to the work to be done on the condition that all Parts to be used have to be Honda Original spares only and the same was confirmed by the Service Buddy (Nikhil), after the work was done and all payments were made the car was delivered to me.
After receiving the Car i had informed both the garage and Nikhil that the AC work being done is not to the mark and for the first time i am experiencing ice formation on one of the pipes under the hood, I was informed that this is due to the weather condition.
After repeated follow up i was informed that maybe the Sensor has gone bad, hence the problem, I got the sensor changed through the same garage as per the advice from Nikhil.
As of yesterday i.e. **th Oct when i have given my car to Honda Auth Service Centre for general checkup and servicing, it was informed that the below problem still persists and some of them are related to the work done in June i.e. * months back.
a. AC - The Icing problem continues, Go Mechanic could not identify or solve the problem at all.
b. Front Brake Pads - EVen after the same were replaced the same have gone bad
c. Rear Wheel Bearing - Non Honda Part used, and the same now has play and has emitting noise
d. Transmission Oil - Non Honda recommended Oil used, not sure which quality/make was used
e. Front Disk Brake (Turning) - I was informed that Turning has been done, even after Turning in * months the Disk Brakes have got uneven surface
