Ola Cabs - Unprofessional ola driver and mental harassment

We had booked an ola for * hours package. After loading our luggage in the cab and having sat down, the driver started asking questions like how will you pay in cash or ola money, where all are you going, why are you going etc. Then he said i don't want to ride under ola booking, give me the cash directly as ola charges fees.when we refused, he refused to move further and started screaming at us and yelling loudly ,embarrassing us in front of the society. When we were completely frustrated and decided to leave the cab and book another ola, he complained saying "you shut the door too harshly", "I will gather a union". He mentally harrassed and wasted about more than an hour of our time. Our aged mother (**+ years old) was also got sick due to the immense commotion.
We also tried to contact various "Ola customer care" numbers but none of them were available, they were either engaged or not being picked up one after the other.
