Swiggy - Unprofessional bheaviour and service

I have ordered food from swiggy today around *:** pm resturtant nirula.after ** mins one delivery executive waa assgined and than i was waiting for my dinner.suddenly i checked the clock and it was **:** pm.so again i have checked the.order status and i was shocked to see that order being cancelled by the executive.i called him and wat the delivery person responded that his bike got punctured so he called swiggy to assgin someone else.and see.the audacity of him to say this.and till **:** nobdy was assgined for food pickup.i callwd customer care and after ** mins they answered i told them the issue as this problem is repitative for swiggu and this is *th time .and wen i called customer care than that guy said we dnt knw about the.issue we will checl with delibvery exceutive so i asked him to connect with him he said he is putting my call on hold and he is coonceting that exceutive but after ** mins he told me there is some problem with hotel and i mean wat kind of employee swiggy has instead of taking their responsbilitu for all this incidents they are blaming reputated hotel

I have blacklisted swiggy .worst food.delivery app and yes many people.are.facing the samw
