Professional Courier - Unprofessional behavior and non delivery of parcel

There was a courier booked through Professional courier from Nutrahealthcare, Surat to Viviora Lifesciences, Hinjawadi, Pune on Aug *, ****. It wasn't delivered till Aug **, ****, though the courier arrived in Hinjawadi branch of the said courier service. Neither they intimated us of the arrival of courier nor called us. They falsely claim that they called us but refuse to give us call records. The in-charge person Ranjith Pillai is so rude and arrogant that he refused to take our calls for up to *-** times. With multiple tries, he took the calls after multiple tries and refused to deliver the parcel. Moreover, he boasts Hindi that, "मैं आपके पते पर वितरित नहीं करूँगा। आपको अपने पार्सल को इकट्ठा करके आना होगा। अन्यथा मैं इसे मूल में लौटा रहा हूं। तुम जो चाहो कर सकते हो। आप चाहें तो मेरे खिलाफ शिकायत कर सकते हैं". I don't care. After this, I went to his branch and collected my parcel from there. It was an important parcel and was supposed to be sorted out at our office and further sent to the Philippines and Kenya. We've made a loss of about Rs. ***,*** due to delay and really hurt because of the attitude of Ranjit Pillai. Written email to their HO on **th of Aug, but so far no reply.
