Dear Sir/Madam,
I have ordered my tata manza tail light on Parts Bigboss on *rd April. I have made payment INR ****.* through QR code/Gpay. I have received paymet completion mail also. But the order status is still same "Order #********* - Processing". I have raised the ticket on site. But the complaint status is also pending. Request you to help me to get resolve this issue.
