Indian Railway - Unnecessary fine by railway

Dear sir,
I am serving in Indian coastguard(Ministry of Defence) and posted in Mumbai, lives in service quarter in BORIVALI(west), Mumbai. On ** jul **** while I was going to my duty , one ticket checkers checked my ticket, at that time I have online ticket by railway app(UTS), I opened the app for showing the ticket , but due to network delay, the ticket was not opened... I tell TC that I am defence personal, show my identity card, tell to leave me without fine..I told him that I have ticket ,...but not opening by network problems, but doesn't heard my problems and insulted me in front of civilian personnel & fined me by *** rs, I have no mistake... After that I take the ticket from by railway by Email,.... Please make sure for returning of extra payment made by TC, being a defence personal I felt very much sorrow due to this incident, my ticket booked up to ** jul ****, but fined me on ** Jul **, my ticket an be checked from railway by my registered mobile no (**********), fine copy is attached, if you required ticket copy I can provide,.. By email
