Hi all , this is regarding the train ticket that I booked on **th July **** for traveling to my hometown but due to some unknown reason the train was rescheduled to after * hours due to which I couldn't travel and decided to file TDR for the same but after some days I got a mail stating that my claim is rejected due to the reason "As per chart , passenger travelled". This is obviously a inadvertent mistake by the TTE , but all the loss is bring beared by me , which doesn't make any sense .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
