Indian Railway - Unable to travel seond train due to late running of first train

I started my journey from Nagaercoil in train No. ***** on **.**.****. As per raiway schedule I am supposed to reach Trivandrum Central railway station at **.**. So booked my next travel from Trivandrum Central to Ernakulam Junction on Train No.***** which is start at **.**.. My first train (*****) late by one hour because of unjustified reasons so that I can't able to travel in second one(*****).
My first train UTS number is C*FDDBU**H and the second train PNR number is **********.
I raise a complaint in railmadad via reference number ************* stating that due to railways unpunctuality I lost my second travel so return back my booing amount. But railway close my complaint with out any proper justification. Please help me to get Justice to me
