Policy Bazaar - Unnecessary Excuse in Claim and Agent Mistake

I brought a policy for my wife from Policy Bazaar (Insurance company is CARE). Few days back my wife was unwell and as per doctor's advice we decided to admit my wife. Before admission I contacted Policy Bazaar Team to assist me as I brought the policy from them. They inform me about the network hospital which is not accepting the cashless case. I mentioned a non network hospital and agent didn't inform me that this hospital is blacklisted. Since that was the nearby hospital so I admitted my wife there.
I also intimated the Policy Bazaar on mail but didn't get any response on that.

After Two days one of the so called Relationship manager called me and said this hospital is blacklisted and I won't get the reimbursement amount for the claim.
As I already intimated the Policy Bazaar that your agent gave me false information and after that I had some interaction with the senior person. The senior admitted that there was a human error from agent but can't refund my amount.

I insist them to raise this issue further but they denied saying that all your complaints will ultimately come to that particular senior.

This is so unfair and now I don't think I can have faith on the Policy Bazaar.

I want that if the mistake was done from Policy Bazaar Agent then Policy Bazaar should reimburse the amount to me.
