Axis bank ltd - Unnecessary Charges deducted by Axis Bank

Dear Sir/Mam My Mother has a saving account in axis bank. They have deducted Rs.*** from my mother's account written as Consolidated Charges and Rs. ** for GST. When i asked for bank employee they told me that is deducted for cash deposit. Sir before deposit the amount i asked from the bank cashier whether any charges applicable on cash deposit but they denied to me. But after that they deduct the charges. Sir Bank has also impose charges on cash deposit in cash deposit machine after *:** PM. They don't intimate about these charges to customer. this is unethical practice of bank. Please consider & give attention to my complaint and help me to get my money back from bank.
