One of frenchise owner of axis bank opend my account in axis bank julana , when I want to close this account ,I see my bank balance is minus six hundred (-***). And bank employ says if you want to close the you will pay this amount .
According to rbi guidelines the banks can not show balance in minus !
Please proceed accordingly.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
