Respected Sir,
Kindly find below trail mail. I have availed Home loan from Axis bank ltd in the month of April ****. I have already submitted all necessory documents * times at Axis bank but till date I haven't received my home loan subsidy.
According to me Axis bank had not processed my subsidy form on time so that I am paying additional home loan interest for the last * years as many of my friends got home loan subsidy credited in loan account within * year.
I have already registered complain with Axis bank but till date not getting proper answer that why my subsidy form was processed delayed. My details are as below.

Currently Axis bank has given me excuse that they have sent subsidy rejection letter at my previous communication address in the month of Sept **** they have given me professional courier POD and I have made inquiry at professional courier where there was no such POD found in their records.
They have also given other excuse that they have not received any request letter for changing my communication address from rented residence to my current residence. But as per current communication address at Axis bank system which is my current residence address than how can it possible ?
I have also registered complain at PMO office with registration number PMOPG/E/****/*******.
Request you to take necessory strict action against Axis bank and provide me justice for the same.
