I was facing issues with my dishtv connection and they one day i wrote to them over twitter and the official told me that i will get a number where i have to make a call and i got a message from dishtv dated *nd december that my dishtv stb will be upgraded to mpeg * for free ( No charges ). and today by *th dec when the technician came home, he asked me to pay rs***/-. And when i called the dishtv customer care, they informed me that the offer has been closed and from *nd dec the day i got the message on my phone, no point of contact was made by disthv with me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
