It's been many times now that ola is keep on charging extra than what they show at the time of booking. And, then drives starts misbehaving upon our denial of not giving any extra money.
Ola has closed all the customer complaint mediums where we could directly write to them through app.
It's not acceptable now and I want my money back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
