Ranvir singh filed complaint against Hero Bike on Aug 7, 2019
Yesterday I went to hero agency to buy a bike and they wanted a *% extra charge on debit card payment. Today I sent mail to hero regarding the same but they didn't take any action. I am pasting my mail here that I sent to hero it will help to understand my matter.
Mail sent to hero:-
Dear Heromotocorp team,
The hero is a good name in the market as I heard but I got poor experience which was not expected. Today I visited at HIMGIRI AUTOMOBILES Pvt. LTD. ( Badshahpur). I met Sales manager Mr Mahindra Kishore Singh and wanted a Splendor plus bike. I did entire paperwork formalities for buy the same. Now my file is ready and forwarded to the accounting department. My total amount was *****. I would like to pay by debit card but they said I will have to pay *% extra if I use plastic money. I met the sales manager again and asked him about the extra charge. He said that if you pay with your debit card, then you will have to pay two per cent extra or else you can pay cash and if you give two per cent extra then we can't give any bill/receipt for the extra amount. I did not pay my money and I came back home. My whole * day was spoiled for a work that is illegal. I was in the agency for * hours and was repeatedly pleading with them not to take extra charge. I was so upset I felt like I was a beggar and begging.writing this mail just to give information to the hero for the treatment that I had. I will speak for this in my bank, RBI, Consumer Court and the Prime Minister's Office.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
