Dear Sir/Madam
I have given the sound coming from the engine of my bike to the agency to fix it, but the service department there is saying that the whole engine will have to work, then it will be good to hear the sound. Therefore, I request you that if it has not been even * year since I bought my bike, then where did the voice come from in the engine, so you are requested to change the engine of my bike.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
