Hero Bike - Twowheeler vehicle engine problem

I have raised a Request No *****-****-*** with Rajem Automobiles(Hero Service), But my bike engine off during slow drive not yet fixed permanently. I am not satisfied the way of service provided. They asked me come and pick up your bike as the service is over, & I paid my service charge amount. But while i start my bike the reported issues are still left. I spoke to them again to troubleshoot and then they agree the issue. Requesting your kind help to get this fixed permanently.
