Vodafone Idea - Unnecessary addition of money in bill

First of all they provide low quality sim which without any issues get damage, I got my postpaid connection *months back only and there I got new sim but after * months the sim started loosing signal so for which shopkeeper told me that this sim is not working so i have to buy new zero sim for that I paid ***rs to the shopkeeper but now when I get my postpaid bill in that too the company has added **rs for new sim. I don't understand they are taking twice time money for same reason.
