Yatra.com - Unnecessarily Service fee charged by Yatra

I booked flight from Hyderabad to Surat, where the flight got cancelled. They refunded partial amount and when i mail them they say's it is service fee charged. without traveling and no service provided how can they charge service, where as indigo paid them whole amount, but they are denying to pay whole amount.
