Biplab Bhowmick filed complaint against Myntra on Jun 27, 2019
One pair of Nike blue sports shoe has been delivered by Myntra on **.*.**. Opening of the packet it is seen that shoe is too small and not for use. On being contacted the Myntra has said that they will not refund the amount as it has purchased through spl scheme. Since it has no use for me I need a refund of the full amount from the company. Please help me to get my money back/ credited in account soon.
