I am filing this complaint against Livspace for failing to refund my advance booking amount despite a timely cancellation.
I paid an advance of ₹*****/- on **-**-****. Due to personal reasons, I requested a cancellation and refund within ** hours of the payment via their official portal and email (**-**-****).
According to Livspace’s official refund policy (Updated Dec ****), customers are entitled to a ***% Cash Refund if the request is raised within ** hours. However, despite multiple follow-ups via Ticket ID ****** and emails to care@livspace.com, I have received no response or acknowledgment.
This delay is a clear "Deficiency in Service" and an "Unfair Trade Practice" under the Consumer Protection Act.
