Livspace India Pvt Ltd - LIVSPACE Interior company has taken advance and not returning the amount on cancellation

I along with my wife and daughter (Radha) have visited the LIVSAPACE Interior shop at Benz circle Vijayawada, and requested for quotation for interior work of my new house. The coordinator by name Mrs Jyothy have collected Rs*****(Twenty five thousand) vide receipt no:************,Dt**.**.**** on name of my daughter Radha, with description as 'Supply of Modular Furniture' and has given quotation for huge amount for which we requested for discount. But even after small discount it is sought to huge burden on us. Hence we decided to cancel the proposal. But they asked to rethink our decision. Again we requested for cancellation .Then they have suggested to wait. But after **months they replied that according to their cancellation policy they won't return that amount. Hence we raised complaint having ticket no ****** in Livspace customer portal to Please return our amount of Rs***** which was paid in month of December **** having registered with mobile number********** for advance of interior work .But the company rejected our plea.
How can any company will take away the money from customers without giving any material or service.
Hence I finally requested their grievance portal vide mail to please return my money as it is earned by me with hardwork and not like grabbing money from others .And otherwise I have to approach legally. But again the company grievance officer by name prabhu has rejected to return the amount and has not given letter of rejection. I have also sent message to sri Anuj Srivastava ,regarding this issue in facebook for returning my amount. But no use.
Hence finally i request to give justice.
