Before finalizing the deal and paying any advance they were like we will do it according to your timelines, and what not. Fake promises
After I gave them advance they had all the reasons to not do it. Plus I can't get in touch with anyone responsible, all calls go a random person who is least bothered
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
