Booking ID - NH************** PNR - ********** Hotel - Holiday Home Resort (Booking date - **th Nov ** - **th Nov ** -> * Persons ,* Night) I have made the hotel booking on MakeMyTrip app on **th Nov **** at *.** AM. The booking voucher is attached in this complaint. At the time of booking, the total amount was INR *,*** including GST (Non-Refundable booking) and payment was completed. When I checked the same dates & hotel few hours later on the same day **th Nov ****, the price has drastically reduced to INR *,*** including GST for the same room on same dates for * people. The proofs are attached in the complaint. I was unable to cancel the booking as there was no refund. Further I contacted MMT helpline and explained my concern but they were unable to help. The hotel too is not co-operating in this manner. As a consumer, I have been cheated by a big price difference and its totally an unfair practise. Please provide me the right service by letting me avail the booking for the latest reduced price or provide me complete refund. Booking voucher and other proofs are attached here.
