Xiaomi Mi India - Unfair means by MI

We bought the 'Mi True Wireless Earphones *C White' in Dec,**** and these stop working last month.
We reach out to support team and they advised to submit it to near Service Center. Which we submitted on ** May,****. Which are under gurantee period.
Service Center team advised us to replace it with new headphone. But after * days we come to know, our model "Mi True Wireless Earphones *C White" is discontinued and company is not offering any Service, Replacement, New Model or Refund of Balance.
They are offering me only coupons of same amount ****/- which i can buy MI product only. Here they don't have any avaible headphone for same segment and one model which is of same segment "Mi True Wireless Earphones * White" is at higher value (****/-).

Serivce Center taken/submitted the product on the note of replacement, but now they change the plot.


There is big fraud company is doing with customers, selling faulty product and not offering any replacment, service or Refund of money. Traping customer to buy other MI product investing more money into it.
I'm not interested in MI product at all. Atlease refund my money or replace my product.


Need to BAN this company in India.
